The characters are fleshy and honest which does justice to the women these stories are all about."

Nadine Kübler was cast as Liz in the original iteration of The Same Coin back in 2015. At that time, it was a two-character focused narrative, but Liz was pretty much written the same as she is seen in the current version of the project. We had a moment to catch up with Nadine, who is currently busy at the Locarno Film Festival in Switzerland, to get her thoughts on Liz and the series overall.
"The Same Coin takes you backstage of the superficial and often prejudiced business of escorting. The series tells the story of three girls from three different backgrounds, but unified in the same job. Liz, one of the girls, 'accidentally' gets into the business and her adventurous, desperate and at times naive curiosity might bring her into greater danger than expected."
"Working on the series has made me ask and answer questions I was too afraid to ask myself before. What I love about the show is that the viewer gets to know the person behind the body!"
